Your Order

We validate your order and credit or debit card details you submit to us before your order can be accepted. Once that has been done, we will confirm that your order has been received by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address you provide in your registration form. Our confirmation of your order brings into existence a legally binding agreement between us.

Changing or Cancelling Your Order

Under the UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from the day after the day of receipt of the goods without giving a reason. If you wish to cancel your order please call 0844 335 1001. If your order has been processed in our warehouse or been despatched we will be unable to process a refund until we receive the parcel back. To view our returns policy click here.

Once you have confirmed your order it is unlikely that we will be able to amend it. Orders are transferred directly to our warehouse to ensure a quick despatch. If you wish to change your order please call customer services on 0844 335 1001 and we will try to make your amendment.

Payment

We accept online payment in a secure environment with Visa, MasterCard and debit cards. We use encryption technology (SSL) to ensure that your transactions with us are private and protected as they travel across the Internet. Furthermore, we will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure.

We accept your order at the time we despatch the goods to you. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it. Please note actual contracts of sale will not be filed or be accessible. All contracts are concluded in English. Confirmation of your order results in a reservation of the order value on your card. Payment will be settled upon despatch of your order.

Required Information

To purchase from GIV^e's website you will need to register you first name, surname, email address, phone number and your delivery and billing (cardholder) addresses. We will not be able to complete your transaction without your billing address. It is possible to create an account, this enables you to save these details securely, so purchasing is easier and quicker each time you buy. By creating an account you agree to receive mailings from give.co.uk, you can unsubscribe from this at anytime by using the link contained within the email.

If you are a customer whose credit card is not denominated in Sterling the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your credit card company processes the transaction.

Prices

Prices are as set out on the website and include VAT at the current rate. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time. Although we endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on the Website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be mispriced. If we discover a pricing error we will, at our discretion, either: contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order, continue with the order at the correct price or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.
The prices shown do not include postage; this will be added to your total upon confirmation of your delivery address. All UK orders placed before 3pm Monday-Thursday will be posted Next Day Delivery. Goods ordered after 3pm Thursday through to Sunday will be despatched on Monday.

Insurance and Delivery

GIV^e insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by GIV^e.

Please note that we aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. Please see our Delivery Policy for more information.

Gift Returns

If you wish to return a gift item the refund total will be refunded back to the original payment method.

Product Portrayal

GIV^e have made every effort to portray items accurately, however, slight variations may occur. All measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow. However, different computers reproduce colours in slightly different ways, and so exact colour matches are not yet possible over the internet.

We may provide links to third parties that we believe may be of interest to you. We do not control nor vet these websites, and therefore we cannot accept liability in respect of either the contents or your use of these websites.

The online shopping function of the site uses cookies to speed up the ordering process. These are small text files, which are sent to your computer and enable our website to recognise you. They are not computer programmes and are incapable of reading any material on your hard disk or disseminate viruses. They only contain such information as you have provided to us on the website. You can set up your computer so that it rejects cookies, but in doing so you will be unable to use the shopping facility on the site.
