Returns


Returns Policy

If for any reason you would like to return your order, you can send it back to us within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. We currently do not accept any telephone order or internet returns to any GIVe stores. Your return must be in its original condition, unworn with all packaging and tags attached. A signature will be required upon collection.

Faulty Goods

We hope you love your purchase but in the rare and unfortunate event of your order being faulty, please accept our apologies, and contact Customer Services on 0844 335 1001.

How Do I Return My Order?

  • Fill in the form on the back of your despatch note and put it in your parcel.
  • If you have lost your despatch note please print a copy of your order from your account page or enclose your name, address, order number & reason for return within the parcel. The returns address is: GIVe Returns Department, Wortley Moor Road, Wortley, Leeds LS12 4JH.
  • Our packaging has been designed to be re-used. Please seal your parcel, making sure your address is not visible.
  • Please call customer services on 0844 335 1001 to arrange your FREE UK collection. You can choose to have your parcel collected from an alternative address for your convenience as a signiture will be required upon collection.

For returns outside of the UK, or if you do not want to use our courier service:
Please ensure you retain a 'proof of posting' certificate from your chosen delivery service. This will cover you if the goods are lost in the post.

We do not cover the cost of returns using this method unless the goods are faulty and you have pre-arranged this service with customer care.

Depending on your return method we will process your refund within 5 - 7 days; and will notify you by email once this has been completed. Any refund will automatically be credited to the card used to make the original purchase.

If you feel we may have made a mistake with your refund please contact customer services on 0844 335 1001.

Exchanging An Order

If you would like an exchange of your item for a different size or colour, we will not charge you postage and your order will be despatched within two working days using the same special delivery service to the original delivery address. If your desired item is out of stock we will contact you to offer an alternative.

Please fill in the returns form on the despatch note and then enter your desired exchange details in the section under 'Exchange Items'.

If you would like to order a new item, please return your unwanted item and place a new order at www.give.co.uk.

Distance Selling Regulations

Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have 7 working days (from after you receive the goods) to cancel the contract for your order with us.

In this case we will issue you with a full refund however you will need to return the entire order at your cost if you have already received them. In all cases the goods must be in their original condition and will be inspected on their return. If you would like to cancel your order with give.co.uk you must let us know in writing (email) quoting your order number.
