If you have a question about any aspect of your GIVe order or our website, we are available to help you. Please call customer care on 0844 335 1001 or send us an email at help@give.co.uk
If you would like to return or exchange an order, send it back with all its original packaging within 14 days using our FREE UK returns courier and we will either ship you a different size or colour of the item or refund your card. View our FREE UK returns policy.

We hope you love your purchase. If however, your order is incorrect or faulty please contact customer services 0844 335 1001 and we will organise the best solution for you.

Product Advice

If you would like more information on the products featured on our website, some style advice or help choosing the perfect gift email us on advisor@give.co.uk or visit us in-store. As a small team we are able to help you with any aspect of your enquiry by talking directly to the design team.

How to Shop

  • Using the section 'WOMEN'S FASHION'; you can browse by either 'Collection' or 'All Product'.
  • Once you have found an item you wish to purchase, select your size and colour and click on the 'Purchase now' button underneath each item.
  • Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the 'My Bag' link at the top of the page. You can use the 'DELETE' button to delete items from your shopping bag.
  • Click on 'PROCEED TO CHECKOUT' to complete your order.
  • The order value will be reserved on your card at checkout but the full amount will only be taken upon despatch of your order. Please see secure shopping.

Sizing Information

A link to our 'size guide' is available on each product page. This helps you choose the perfect size.

A further more detailed guide with video on how to measure your size is also available under the 'STYLE & FIT' section.

Fit, Fabric & Care

Within each product you will find a Fit, Fabric and Care box. Each box contains greater detail on each of these areas.

Gift Orders

Looking for the perfect gift? Our Fashion Advisors can provide you with gift suggestions. Simply send an email to advisor@give.co.uk. All orders are delivered in our exquisite signature black boxes or branded silver pouches as standard. Write your message in the 'Gift Message' box and we will print this onto a beautiful gift card which will be placed inside the parcel. We will post the invoice to you and send the gift directly to the delivery address that you have supplied.

GIVe Account

Although it's not essential to have an account to shop at GIVe.co.uk, registering your details will allow you to:

  • Track your order and review past purchases
  • Shop without re-entering your address details
  • Manage your address book and contact settings
  • Receive a personalised GIVe store client card the benefits of which include complimentary and discounted alterations in GIVe stand alone stores.

To create an account, simply click on 'Sign in' or 'My Account' and fill in the required fields. We recognise the importance of security. Any information you provide us with will be securely stored and managed. For full details please refer to our Privacy Policy. By opening an account you agree to receive mailings from give.co.uk, you can unsubscribe from these at anytime using the link contained within the email.

Forgotten Passwords

If you have forgotten your password, follow the 'FORGOTTEN PASSWORD' instructions on the 'SIGN IN' page. We will reset your password and email this to you. Please log in to your account using this new password. You can then edit this password if you wish within the 'My Details' section of your account.

Product Availability

We have a colour coded system that will show you the availability of each item. Green is in stock, Amber shows items that are temporarily out of stock and will show you the expected available date. You can also request an email to be notified, when your chosen item is back in stock. Unfortunately Red means this item is currently unavailable.

Order Delivery

For all UK orders placed before 3pm, we will deliver the next working day. For orders placed after 3pm, deliveries will be dispatched the following working day. A card will be left for you if you are unavailable, with a mobile number so you can rearrange a time that is convenient for you. All deliveries must be signed for. For more information on where we deliver to and delivery costs please see our Delivery section.

Returns

Returns are easy, our delivery boxes are designed to be reused. Please see our returns section or your despatch note for step by step instructions.

You have 14 days from receipt of your parcel to return it to us for a full refund. Orders must be returned unworn, with the original labels attached. We offer FREE UK returns if you use our courier service. We are unable to refund your own postage costs.
Under the Distant Selling Regulations you also have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt of your purchases.

Stores

To find your nearest store please use our 'Store Locator', choose your region from the first drop down menu, then choose a store from the second drop down menu to view the information about each store. Alternatively select a region from the map and then a store from the filter.

Gift Vouchers

Unfortunately we do not currently sell or accept gift vouchers online. They are available for purchase and redemption in our stand alone GIVe stores.

Client Card

To receive your GIVe Store CLIENT CARD simply sign up for an account and enter your details and postal address.
Our Client Card benefits include:

  • No Charge on Grade I alterations in-store.
  • Discounted Grade II and Grade III alterations in-store.
  • Preview evenings
  • GIVe Gifts
  • Personal notification of promotions

Alterations

There is no charge for our online trouser length alterations service. Please see our Tailor Made section under 'Style & Fit' for more information. We aim to despatch your tailored items within 48hours.

To alter a trouser length please select your size, select Regular, Long or X Long/Unfinished depending upon the measurement you would like your inside leg length tailored to. Click 'To tailor this item' and enter your desired overall inside leg length. Then click to purchase. Please note, tailored items are non refundable.
